Private Dance Lessons

One-on-one instruction focused precisely on the skills and technique you need to reach the goals you have for the coming season. We will start with an evaluation of your skills to assess where you need improvement. Absolutely nothing beats personal instruction to fully develop your skill set.

Group Dance Sessions

Register your team, or a handful of friends, for group instruction. In this setting we focus on technique, and learn a short routine in your dance style of choice. We will also spend time learning specific strength training exercises to condition your body for the coming season.

Strength Training

Strength training may be one of the most beneficial components to becoming a better dancer. Muscle development allows you to jump higher, turn stronger, and move faster; all while improving control and precision.
